  2. Shipping Time:

    • Within New Zealand, we offer shipping within 2-5 working days.
    • For deliveries to the North Island, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 3 days.
    • Shipments to the South Island may take around 4-5 days for delivery, depending on the exact location.
    • Rural deliveries may require an additional 2-3 days for transit, depending on the remoteness of the location.
  3. Tracking Information:

    • All orders are provided with tracking information once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive an email with the tracking details to monitor the progress of your delivery.
  4. Shipping Method:

    • We utilize trusted courier services to ensure reliable and secure delivery of your orders.
  5. International Shipping:

    • Currently, we only ship within New Zealand. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

  • Please note that we do not ship to a PO box, addresses must be physical addresses.
